Good to know

How it works.

  1. Choose Victoria and enter your email. Your report is tied to it.
  2. Agree to the recording notice. Your voice is recorded and transcribed so the interview can be assessed. We will tell you how long it is kept before you start.
  3. Have the interview. Up to 25 minutes, by voice, with a quiet space and a microphone.
  4. Get your report. Scores for each skill, backed by quotes from your own interview. It appears at the end of the call and is emailed to you. In rare cases, such as a poor connection, a Mada coach checks it first, so it may arrive a little later.

The report is a Mada developmental assessment, not official employer scoring. For personal feedback from someone who has interviewed candidates at consulting firms, book a coach.
