Who we are
Mada Coaching (“Mada”, “we”, “us”) provides 1:1 career and interview coaching for consulting. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use mada-coaching.com or book a session with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. Mada Coaching is operated by Mada Coaching FZE, registered at the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (registration number 4432288), with its address at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Booking information: your name, email address, time zone and any notes you give us when you book a session, by email or through our scheduling provider once online booking is live.
- Coaching materials: documents you choose to share with us, such as a CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, job descriptions or offer details.
- Session notes: our own working notes, so we can prepare for and follow up on your sessions.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment was made; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.
- AI tools: when Mada AI tools open, the content you submit to them (for example a CV or practice answers) is processed to give you feedback. We will describe this in more detail here before any tool goes live.
- Usage data: when you browse this site, our analytics provider collects the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser. See the Cookies and analytics section below.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver the coaching you have booked, to prepare tailored feedback on your materials, to match you with a coach, to manage payments and scheduling, and to respond to your enquiries. We rely on the performance of our agreement with you as the basis for most of this processing, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the service for the rest. Where we send you optional updates, such as waitlist emails, we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the coach matched to you and the service providers we need to operate: scheduling, payment, email, file storage, analytics and AI providers, and professional advisers where required. Every Mada coach is bound to keep what you share confidential. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your CV, materials or session content with employers, recruiters or any third party without your explicit instruction.
Confidentiality of your job search
What you tell us about your current employer, your search, your compensation or your offers stays between you, your coach and Mada. We will never contact an employer about you, disclose that you are looking, or use your name or materials in marketing without your written permission.
International transfers
We work with candidates, coaches and providers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. We keep coaching materials and session notes for up to 24 months after your last session so we can pick up where we left off, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own, but we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including your approximate location based on your IP address. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site, we have not enabled Google’s advertising features, and we do not use this data to identify you individually. Our Cookie Policy sets out exactly what is set and how to opt out.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
